In July 2010 OJSC "Hlebprom" took out a patent for eight industrial models of TM "Mirel" products including cakes "Julia", "Romeo", "Elmars", "Shagane", "Koketka", "Lyubimchik", "Smakovnitsa", and "Yagodniy with raspberry". Now the original design of these products is a property of TM "Mirel" and cannot be used by other manufacturers.

Production site of OJSC "Hlebprom" based in Chelyabinsk - the cakes factory "Mirel" - is the largest enterprise in Eastern Europe on sponge and cream products manufacturing market. Highest quality of products is confirmed by a leader in the sphere of industrial audit which is SGS company. More than 60 confectionary products are produced under the TM "Mirel". Production process includes a technology of blast (flash) freezing which allows products to keep taste and quality without any preservatives.

Taking out a patent for an industrial model gives a legal basis to protect a unique design of "Mirel" products against imitations. Product's design is a manufacturer's visiting card.
