OJSC "Hlebprom" obtained title "Trusted employer" based on research of SuperJob.ru site for the third time. Another award is an additional confirmation of implementing leading ways of personnel management and offering best conditions of work and development.

The research was carried out among 290000 companies doing business in Russia and being customers of SuperJob.ru site. Companies, whose open positions got the greatest interest among applicants, obtained the title "Trusted employer 2010". By scoring the competition such parameters were estimated as frequency of placing vacancies on the site, average number of browsing, and number of responses from applicants.

The title "Trusted employer 2010" confirms, that OJSC "Hlebprom" is developing its positive image as a trusted employer giving preference to HR-programs implementation. Main goal for the company is creating a unique corporate culture and developing personal and professional potential of employees.
