Last week on September 24th in Chealybinsk the competition among the logistics department staff  “Professional of his craft - 2014” took place. The aim is to create some impulses for professional skills improvements and job prestige increase. 12 participants got the chance to show their knowledge in a theoretical test consisted of job organizational norms questions, health and safety issues. Also they had to pass the practical test. The drivers demonstrated their perfect skills in completing the tasks in loading machines, the pickers competed with each other in speed and quality assembling the products to load. The high tension reigned on the site during the competition! We’d also like to thank the fans and supporters who inspired, encouraged and cared their colleagues.
Emotions, friendly atmosphere and friends’ support converted the competition in a real celebration. The winners are Evgeniy Zverev, loading truck driver, Alexander Nevdachev – module picker, Elena Polevaya – ready-products warehouse picker. According to the competition results the winners were awarded with the certificate card “Sportmaster”.
We’ve proved again that our team consists of genuine professionals dedicated to their jobs. Let’s hold such competitions in other subdivisions!
